You shouldn't have to put your day on hold because of a nail in your tire. You shouldn't have to find a tow truck to move a perfectly drivable car. You shouldn't have to sit in a tire shop waiting room while your kid waits at school pickup.
The shop model is a holdover from when mounting a tire required a building full of heavy equipment. It doesn't anymore. Our trucks carry everything a bay does — hydraulic jack, torque wrench, tire iron, plug-and-patch kit, replacement tires in common sizes, balancing gear. The only thing missing is the waiting room.
That's the whole pitch. We bring the shop to you so you don't have to bring your day to a stop.
From the owner: "If we can't fix it in your driveway in under an hour, we'll tell you on the phone before we charge you a dime. We'd rather lose a call than sell you a service we can't deliver."
What sets us apart from a chain
- Owner-operated. Every truck is owned by someone whose name you can learn. No franchise royalty fees baked into your bill.
- Tampa-specific knowledge. We know which intersections flood after a 3 PM thunderstorm, where the worst potholes hit Dale Mabry, and which Publix parking lots make our techs' jobs easier.
- One company, one accountability. If something's wrong, you call us. Not a regional manager three states away.
- We turn down work that isn't ours. Tire's destroyed beyond repair and you need a full set? We'll tell you straight and recommend a brick-and-mortar that won't gouge you. We're not selling tires we can't deliver.
Our service standard
Every job ends the same way: torque-checked to manufacturer spec, photo of the repair sent to your phone, email receipt before we leave. If anything about the fix feels off in the next 30 days, we come back and look at it for free.
We're not perfect. Sometimes traffic ruins an ETA. Sometimes a tire turns out to be unrepairable once we look at it. When that happens we tell you, fast, and we make it right.
