Tire's blown, the sidewall is shot, the tread is gone, or it's just time. We bring a matching new or quality used tire to your location, mount it, balance it, torque it on, and put your old one in the recycling stream. No shop visit. No upsells.
TIRES ON THE TRUCK
DRIVEWAY SERVICE
Walk-in tire shops work like this: you drive there, you tell them what you need, they charge for a tire plus mount-balance-disposal, you sit in the waiting room. We do the same job but skip the driving-there and the waiting-room parts.
Here's the flow: you give us the size on your sidewall (looks like 225/65R17) or your vehicle year-make-model. We tell you what we have on the truck and the price. You say yes, we roll to your driveway, office, or wherever the car is sitting. The tech jacks the wheel, dismounts the old tire, mounts the new one, balances it on a portable balancer, torques it on to manufacturer spec, and disposes of the old tire properly.
Total time on-site is usually 40–60 minutes per tire, faster if you've got a couple tires going at once (most of the time is setup and breakdown, not the tire itself). You pay by card, get an email receipt, and drive off with a tire that's been mounted and balanced exactly the way it would be at a shop — same machines, same torque spec, same warranty.
Pricing is tire-cost-plus-install. The tire itself is whatever the tire costs at retail (we'll quote the exact brand and price on the call). Our mobile install fee is a flat $40 per tire — this includes mount, balance, valve stem replacement, torque to spec, and old-tire disposal. There's no 'travel fee' on top.
Typical out-the-door price for a single passenger car tire installed at your location: $145 to $260 all-in. Larger SUV and light-truck tires run $180 to $340. Performance/run-flat tires can go higher — we'll always quote the exact number on the call before you commit. Quality used tires (when available in your size) typically run $65 to $110 installed.
On-site tire replacement runs across all of Tampa Bay — Tampa, South Tampa, New Tampa, Brandon, Riverview, Town 'n' Country, Carrollwood, Westchase, Temple Terrace, Lutz, Wesley Chapel, Plant City, and surrounding areas inside a 50-mile radius of downtown.
The most common Tampa-area sizes — popular SUV, crossover, and sedan sizes (16", 17", 18", 19" diameters in widths from 195 to 275). If we don't have your exact size on the truck, we can usually source it from a Tampa distributor and be back the same day or next morning.
Both. We default to new tires from major brands (Michelin, Goodyear, Bridgestone, Continental, Pirelli, plus value brands like Cooper and Hankook). We also carry inspected quality used tires for customers who need a budget option — those are tested for tread depth (5/32" minimum), DOT date, and inspected for sidewall damage before we sell them.
Yes, and it's actually more efficient because setup and balancing gear comes out once. A four-tire on-site replacement runs about 90 minutes to 2 hours total. We do this constantly for fleet vehicles and people doing matched-set replacements.
Yes. If your TPMS sensors are still good (most last 5–7 years), we re-use them. If a sensor is dead or damaged, we can install a new universal sensor and program it on-site for an additional $50–$80 per sensor depending on the vehicle.
Yes. New tires come with the manufacturer warranty (typically 50,000–80,000 miles depending on brand and model), plus a 30-day workmanship warranty on our install. Used tires come with a 30-day functional warranty — if a used tire fails from a defect (not road hazard) within 30 days, we replace it at no charge.
Yes. Bring your own tires, we'll come mount and balance them on-site for $40 per tire. Common with customers who order from Tire Rack or Discount Tire Direct. Just be there with the tires when we arrive — we'll handle the rest.
Tell us the size or your vehicle. We'll quote it and roll out today.
